Thank you for offering to help prepare materials needed for our latest Little Reader. Please read through the list of materials needed and ask any questions which are unclear before you begin.

Please underline the color word with the corresponding color crayon on each page before beginning to assemble this book (e.g. black).

Please assemble I am a Bear book; put the cover on top and then pages #1-9. Please put two staples in the upper left hand corner.

1. Please cut _____ pink construction paper rectangles 3" x 2" for the hats.

2. Please use the template and cut out ____ red tissue paper triangles for the bandanas.

3. Please cut out ____ yellow construction paper rectangles 1" x 3 º" for the belts.

4. Please use template to trace and cut out ____ blue construction paper T-shirts.

5. Please use paper cutter and cut ____ green construction paper rectangles 1 ¸" x 8 ¸" for the grass.

6. Please use the balloon template to trace and cut out ____ purple balloons. We need ____ of pieces of string cut about 7" long taped to the back side of the balloons with clear plastic tape.

7. Please count the number of completed copies of I am a Bear;. There are ____ completed copies.
